How do I place a first order?
Three ways: Faire, Airgoods, or the form on this page. If you already buy on either marketplace that is the fastest route, because your terms and payment are already set up. If you want to talk through a display, samples or a recurring drop, use the form.
What is the minimum for a direct order?
Six cases for a direct order. Faire and Airgoods each set their own minimums, which may be lower.
How long does an order take?
About one week from confirmation for direct orders. Everything ships direct from our facility in Chicago.
Can I get samples before I commit?
Yes. Ask in the form and tell us which flavors you want to try and roughly how many locations you are considering.
Do the bars need refrigeration?
No. Store them at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, and they stay fresh for up to eight months.
What are the allergens?
Walnut Brownie contains walnuts and Peanut Butter and Jelly contains peanuts. Oatmeal Chai has no declared allergens. All three are gluten free, dairy free, soy free and vegan.
Are the bars certified organic?
No, and we are careful about this one. Every ingredient we use is organic, but the finished bar does not carry organic certification. If your store makes certified organic claims on shelf, that distinction matters.
Where can I see full ingredients and nutrition?
Everything is transcribed from the current printed labels on our ingredients page, including the full nutrition panel for all three flavors.
Do you do custom or co-branded orders?
Sometimes. Golf clubs and corporate accounts ask most often, usually about a specific display or a co-branded sleeve. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
